They are 3/4x8.5".

On the good side, these really do look just like the picture. The colors are very rich and though I have not done the turning yet, they feel and look like very good quality blanks. On the downside, they are 8 1/2 inches long. If they were more in the neighborhood of 10 inches long, I could make two pens out of these, which would add quite a bit to the value. Now I can make one for sure and maybe a short if I find a kit that’s on the small side. I’d be more likely to buy these repeatedly if they were another inch and a half long.
But again it’s worth mentioning, the quality looks pretty darn good.
